By use of a new keyword -  "pKa" - the pKa of the most readily ionized hydrogen atoms attached to oxygen atoms will be printed.  The pKa calculation uses the charge on the hydrogen and the O-H bond-length, and for a set of simple organic compounds has the following accuracy:

Average unsigned error:  0.31
Root mean square error:     0.43
